Description

• Review all incoming Google reviews and external social media channels for client comments and issues. • Ensure ongoing success and value realization for the organization’s clients. • Telling a story via data within Google insights, we want to hear what we are doing great and where we could benefit from improvement. • Co-ordinate and deliver data insights. • Advocate for new processes to elevate effectiveness. • Reply to client experiences via emails and outbound calling (must be comfortable with client facing phone calls). • Work closely with key stakeholders in driving process optimization. • Support various Operational activities as required.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal French communication skills are a must have. • Experience designing and presenting client insights. • Excellent PowerPoint/Google Slides skills. • Strong analytical understanding of trends in data. • Very organized, reliable, and excellent interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail as well as ability to multi-task and be flexible in a high-paced environment. • Ability to undertake projects and produce quality and timely results. • Ability to work independently and proactive in solving problems. • Strong written/oral communication skills.
