📋 Description

• Generating and converting sales opportunities for FlexPay. • Identifying opportunities and establishing relationships with key decision makers. • Managing the full funnel sales cycle including prospecting, educating, contract negotiations and new client handover. • Relaying the FlexPay value proposition to prospects in a clear and concise manner, modifying to be relevant to each individual prospect. • Staying up to date on the latest trends and competitors in the market space. • Using a consultative sales approach to ensure prospects understand FlexPay’s offerings. • Conducting product walk throughs, presentations, and sales meetings to effectively communicate FlexPay’s value proposition. • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and client success. • Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and KPIs. • Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the sales cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a SaaS B2B sales, business development, or account management role, preferably in FinTech. • Proven experience gaining new business through a variety of prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, trade shows etc.). • Proven experience selling into Enterprise Software companies. • Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data to drive informed decision making. • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build and easily maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders. • Self-motivated and results oriented. • Experience using SalesForce to record and update sales activity and pipeline progress. • Knowledge of payment industries an asset. • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts. • An adaptive learner who always strives for challenges • Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
