• FLEXTRADES is a rapidly growing national provider of production solutions • Responsible for calling on manufacturing companies to uncover challenges • Conduct outbound B2B prospecting calls assigned by lead generation team • Develop and nurture leads to generate and qualify pipeline opportunities • Partner with Client Solutions Managers to achieve web-based discovery presentations • Detail FlexTrades’ unique business model that delivers results for clients • Answer questions regarding solutions while identifying business opportunities • Gather prospective client information and document in Salesforce CRM • Schedule qualified clients for meetings with Client Solutions team • Partner with team members for knowledge enhancement • Develop new ways to obtain additional business opportunities • Demonstrate openness to coaching and eagerness to learn new strategies • Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion
• 1-3 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience required • Proven sales skills, self-drive and communication skills • Strong ability to show curiosity for uncovering prospective client needs • Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM experience) • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (will consider sales experience in lieu of degree) • Limited travel required (quarterly sales meetings) • Manufacturing Industry experience preferred • Staffing/Workforce Solutions experience
