📋 Description

• FLEXTRADES is a rapidly growing national provider of production solutions. • Seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to develop new business across the U.S. • Responsible for calling on manufacturing companies to uncover production challenges and discuss FLEXTRADES’ unique business model for providing production solutions. • Conduct outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting calls assigned by FlexTrades’ lead generation team. • Develop and nurture leads to generate and qualify multiple pipeline opportunities for new business on a weekly basis. • Partner with FlexTrades Client Solutions Managers to achieve web-based discovery presentations. • Detail FlexTrades’ unique business model. • Answer questions regarding FlexTrades solutions while identifying additional business opportunities. • Gather prospective client information and document in Salesforce CRM. • Schedule prospective qualified clients for meetings with our Client Solutions team. • Partner with team members to observe interactions throughout the sales cycle. • Develop new and creative ways to obtain additional new business opportunities. • Demonstrate openness to coaching and eager to learn new strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience required • Proven sales skills, self-drive and communication skills • Strong ability to show curiosity for uncovering prospective client needs • Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM experience) • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (will consider sales experience in lieu of degree) • Limited travel required (quarterly sales meetings). • Manufacturing Industry experience preferred • Staffing/Workforce Solutions experience
