📋 Description

• Develops technical solutions for Flores. • Supports key projects and initiatives through analysis, reporting, and scripting. • Acts as a data and systems expert. • Executes queries and generates comprehensive reports. • Diagnoses challenging issues and assists with Production support. • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of process changes and improvements. • Identifies system gaps and issues and pursues remediation efforts. • Assists in the automation of reports and audits as needed. • Maintains quality work that exemplifies and promotes Flores’ core values.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program from a four-year college or university in Business, Engineering or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role. • Strong experience and familiarity in the CDH Industry. • Demonstrated experience with Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) plans. • Experienced with SQL and the ability to write complex queries and scripts from scratch. • Excellent verbal and written communication, with proven leadership skills. • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills. • Understand the value of providing a high level of customer service.
