Description

• Director Focusrite Group Professional for the Americas focused on business development and sales • Primary sales and relationship point for studios, post houses, and VIP customers • Act as a thought leader gathering customer feedback for product management and marketing • Interface with complementary non-Focusrite Group brands like Dolby Laboratories and Sony • Account management for major education accounts and selling systems to colleges and universities • Drive pro and integrator sales, maintaining a book of customers in NetSuite CRM • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers including Universal Music Group and Full Sail University • Develop relationships with audio engineers, musicians, and studios • Drive marketing strategy for pro cross-brand solutions including a monthly integrators newsletter • Create and execute annual travel plan for sales and industry influence.

Requirements

• Experienced audio engineer, with mastery of audio hardware and software including I/O and DAWs • Audio-over-IP, immersive audio, and evidence of professional mixing work requested • Understanding and knowledge of studio monitoring hardware and associated software tools • Ability to design audio and music systems for recording studios, post facilities, including networked audio systems • At least 5 years of experience in business development and strategic selling • Comfortable and poised public speaker
