Description
• Drive customer success by managing and nurturing a portfolio of valued clients • Establish trusted advisor relationships and coordinate with internal departments • Onboard clients, provide product training, and monitor account growth • Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagement • Maintain client confidentiality based on policies
Requirements
• Demonstrated success in strategic account management, program management, or sales • Resourceful and determined attitude • Skilled in communicating with senior decision-makers • Excellent program management and presentation abilities • Proficient in Salesforce CRM is highly desirable
