• Manage clinician team, • Enable a high performance clinical team, • Daily oversight of clinician tasks, • Serve as point of contact for other teams, • Participate in clinician recruitment & onboarding, • Assist Medical Director with chart audit and compliance, • Maintain a small member panel, • Respond to crisis channel flow and other clinical needs escalations
Requirements
• 5+ years related experience • 3+ years experience supervising or managing teams • Active NP or PA licensure • Active DEA licenses in practice states
