🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment. • Proven experience hiring across engineering, product, and design roles at all levels. In-house and search firm experience preferred. • A self-motivated, high-urgency approach with a strong commitment to execution and results. • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders. • A deep understanding of recruiting tools, platforms, and strategies, including Lever (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing techniques to attract top technical talent. • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while maintaining a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.
