• Collect and analyze competitive information, tariff policies, and automotive industry regulations within the region to provide market insights for decision-making. • Analyze market capacity, development trends, consumer habits, price trends, etc. within the region. • Propose market development strategies, formulate and execute effective channel planning and layout. • Develop and implement sales volume plans and dealership development plans within the region. • Identify potential customers, optimize sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met. • Study competitors' products and sales strategies. • Provide recommendations and support for the company's future product strategy based on market analysis. • Propose business policies, service improvements, branding, marketing, and after-sales solutions within the region to enhance brand influence and market competitiveness.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. • Major: English, Marketing, International Trade, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and establishing 4S dealerships for domestic new energy vehicles, preferably with experience in brands like BYD, NIO, etc. • Experience in overseas automotive sales is advantageous. • Language Skills: Fluent in English or Vietnamese (both spoken and written).
