📊 Sales Operations Manager
• Responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales Team at Formic. • Influence and optimize the sales process to support the team to operate efficiently and effectively. • Act as a bridge between different departments - including Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Deployment. • Facilitate communication and systematically reduce barriers that impact the Sales Team’s performance. • Provide guidance on market trends, develop resources, and track long-term sales data.
• 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in a fast–paced environment • Bonus points if you’ve helped scale an early stage start-up and also have experience in a 100+ person company • Bonus points if you have proven people-management skills and are interested in building an effective team around you as the company grows • Expert-level capabilities with databases and sales software including Salesforce and Hubspot • Deep understanding of the sales process -from lead generation to closing deals, as well as of different sales methodologies and strategies • Strong analytical skills, specifically the capability to analyze complex sales data, identify patterns, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions • Ability to perform advanced computing functions, including… • Ability to successfully plan, execute, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once • Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams of all level of seniority • Ability to gracefully and confidently navigate ambiguous and changing environments • Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency • Can-do, eager-to-serve attitude, adept in handling rapidly changing tactical and strategic focuses • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues within the sales process and develop effective solutions
