Description

• Lead sales efforts for Microsoft cloud services, partnering closely with Microsoft teams to build sales pipeline • Cultivate executive relationships and originate strategic opportunities with both new and existing clients • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Formula5’s solutions, focusing on growth and client value • Guide teams in crafting solutions that meet client needs and align with Microsoft cloud services • Act as a mentor within Formula5, providing guidance to account and alliance sellers • Build relationships within Formula5's alliance ecosystem, ensuring a coordinated approach to pursuits • Represent Formula5 at industry events, partner conferences, and client meetings to promote our capabilities and drive business growth • Travel approximately 30% to client meetings, conferences, and events

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, focused on professional services with a strong emphasis on Microsoft cloud services • Experience working in or with the Health and Life Sciences sectors is a plus • Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and build trust with executives and key decision-makers • Track record of success in identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions that drive value • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage multiple opportunities and guide complex deals through to close • Experience working with strategic partners like Microsoft to ensure coordinated sales efforts • Ability to lead the entire sales cycle, from identification of opportunities through to negotiation and closing
