• Forta is clearing the path to quality healthcare by delivering the best possible outcomes with the utmost convenience. • 1 in 36 children [CDC, 2023] is diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. • Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families. • Forta is not only providing ABA services to our clients, but we’re also improving the future of the ABA experience for families by creating software and predictive algorithms that elevate clinicians to work smarter. • We are working diligently to continuously improve the patient journey and deliver personalized care by applying smart technology and investing in the growth of our world-class team. • Forta is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR functions across multiple regions, including the USA and global markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a global HR capacity. • Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and jurisdictions. • Deep understanding of US employment laws and international labor laws in key regions. • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to implement scalable processes. • Proven track record in managing global HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote or distributed setting. • Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and a data-driven approach to HR and payroll management.
