β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. β’ 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a global HR capacity. β’ Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and jurisdictions. β’ Deep understanding of US employment laws and international labor laws in key regions. β’ Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to implement scalable processes. β’ Proven track record in managing global HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote or distributed setting. β’ Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and a data-driven approach to HR and payroll management.
