• Job Title: Account Manager • Location: Remote in Texas • Job Type: 1099 full-time for the first 90 days, transitioning to W2 full-time afterward • Company: Fort Health • About Fort Health: A mental health company focusing on better care pathways for families. • Job Summary: Responsible for managing client relationships in the pediatric/adolescent behavioral health sector.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication). • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry. • Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
