Requirements
• 5+ years working in People (HR) with at least 2+ years in a People Partner (HRBP) role • Adaptive and experienced change partner • Proven advisor to stakeholders on performance and compensation cycles • Experience in supporting employee relations issues globally • Effectively collaborates cross-functionally • Experience with offboarding process at a global scale • Fluency in English
