• Develop and Execute Global Service Sales Strategies: Create and implement service sales strategies that align with corporate goals while addressing the specific needs of each region. • Sell the Value of Service Solutions: Clearly articulate the value proposition of service offerings, showing how preventive maintenance, repair services, upgrades, and support contracts improve asset performance... • Regional Execution and Delivery: Focus on various regions including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Middle East & Africa. • Foster Regional Partnerships: Build strong relationships with regional service leaders, distributors, and customers. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and regional sales teams. • Lead and Mentor the Global Service Sales Team: Guide and mentor a global team of service sales professionals. • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging service opportunities. • Performance Tracking and Adjustments: Track global service sales performance, ensuring regional KPIs are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred. • 8+ years of experience in global sales leadership, with a focus on service sales and regional execution. • Proven track record of success in selling value-driven service solutions and achieving revenue targets in multiple regions. • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and experience customizing service solutions based on local needs. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and functions. • Experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments. • Ability to travel internationally as required.
