Description

• We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth leader to lead our global marketing department's data-driven digital strategies and marketing operations. • This role involves a keen understanding of business and customer analytics, channel and campaign management, and the continuous improvement of our marketing operations. • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, adept at forecasting performance, and making informed marketing mix and budget recommendations. • You will lead a diverse team and collaborate closely with other teams to propel Sales, Operations, and Customer Success efforts. • Drive digital content strategy, digital engagement, and oversee eCommerce platform enhancements. • Direct analytics and performance monitoring to refine digital campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing within B2B high-tech industries. • Experience in managing complex website operations and familiarity with Magento, WordPress, and other relevant platforms. • Strong technical background with experience in systems integration, API management, and marketing automation tools. • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and retention goals. • Comfortable leading change and optimizing processes for accelerated revenue growth. • Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills. • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, and other digital marketing tools. • Experience with Boomi, Identity Server, and other system integration tools is preferred.
