Description

•ShopMy is a platform to integrate creator marketing, talent discovery to brand collaboration. •We’re looking for a talented Senior Associate to drive our outbound efforts to grow our network of creators. •This role is crucial in expanding our creator network by sourcing high-potential influencers, spearheading outreach initiatives, and tracking success.

Requirements

•2-4 years of experience in a business development, sales, or creator management role, preferably in the digital media, influencer marketing, tech or creator economy space •Demonstrated success in lead generation and outbound outreach, with a strong ability to be resourceful and craft compelling outreach messages •Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., PersistIQ, Salesloft) •Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for personalized outreach and building relationships •Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) •Familiarity with the creator economy and social media platforms is a plus •Positive, entrepreneurial-minded, driven, eager to learn, and competitive team player
