Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification β€’ Knowledge and understanding of the principles of drug discovery and drug development in order to strategically generate leads β€’ Strong customer relationship management skills and commercial acumen β€’ Strong negotiation skills: direct face to face negotiating experience with major clients β€’ Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow client base β€’ Demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic selling, negotiating, presentation and financial/business acumen β€’ Strong organizational agility and demonstrated drive for results β€’ Demonstrated executive presence and proven skill to influence at all levels of the organization β€’ Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed team environment β€’ Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements
