• Develop and lead customer experience design strategy • Optimize and improve customer experience across products • Champion compelling end-to-end experiences • Deliver value to users across products • Set the standard for design craft • Partner with teams to ensure objectives are met • Identify and prioritize opportunities with teams • Establish user research best practices • Inspire team members through design direction • Lead significant design projects • Ensure world class design quality
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Product or Graphic Design or equivalent training & experience • 8+ years’ experience in product design, with 3+ years connecting product design to brand and customer experience • 3+ years in a matrixed organization • Deep knowledge of design thinking and user centric design methods
