📋 Description
• Drive business strategy and business development through insights and analysis. • Provide analysis of financial performance, pharmacy business growth forecasts, business pipeline projections, and new solution value modeling. • Manage and optimize vendor contracts. • Support executive team in development of growth plans and market strategies. • Collaborate across account teams, sales teams, product teams, and other shared service functions. • Helps drive 3rd party business development.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced degree or significant related experience • 10+ years of pharmacy related experience • Key skillsets tied to strategic planning, communication, and financial analysis • Experience interacting with clients in the healthcare industry • Track record of cross-functional leadership of teams and projects spanning people, process, and technology • Excellent communications skills, with ability to communicate externally and with senior executives • Innovative forward thinker with excellent leadership skills
