• Drive the expansion of RTS's creator roster • Scout and evaluate emerging creators across platforms • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies • Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements • Analyze platform trends and performance metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in creator acquisition, influencer marketing, or a related field • Deep knowledge of creator ecosystems on Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok • Proven ability to spot talent with a savvy eye • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency with analytics tools, Google Workspace, and Slack
