• The NutriQuest Business Solutions Managing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the business unit as well as having client service responsibilities. • Working closely with the NQBS board of managers and NutriQuest leadership team. • Establish long-term goals, strategies, and policies. • Focus on driving growth, profitability, and achieving company objectives. • Lead a high-performance team, fostering a success-oriented environment, and ensuring effective fiscal management. • Responsibilities for client management and projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 10 years of experience of practical work experience. • Candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a CFO-level position. • CPA, CMA or MBA preferred. • Proven experience (10+ years) in leadership roles • Agriculture background preferred • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices • Experience in strategic planning and business development • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and foster a culture of accountability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of accounting standards/practices and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Accounting Software/ERP systems
