• Accountable for the strategic direction of the FSP business across assigned accounts • Cultivates deep relationships within assigned accounts • Drives customer loyalty and Customer Delight • Develops growth strategies and identifies strategic expansion areas for FSP • Ensures operational excellence in collaboration with commercial and operational colleagues • Leverages relationships to inform innovation and investment strategies • Understands industry trends and identifies customer needs
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is required • MBA or advanced degree is preferred • 15+ years of relevant experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sales industry preferred • Significant experience in FSP models with clinical operations, data management, biostatistics and pharmacovigilance • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to build and develop high performing teams • Executive presence and effective communicator across all levels
