📋 Description
• We’re seeking a Director, BI & Analytics to build, scale, and lead our BI function. • This individual will be responsible for business reporting, analytics strategy, and quality across the company. • This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. • The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient leader, with experience building data drive cultures in growth-stage SaaS companies.
🎯 Requirements
• ~8-12 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or FP&A Analytics, mostly in SaaS • ~3+ years in a leadership role (i.e. Senior Manager or Director of BI) • Strong expertise in BI tools (i.e. Omni) • Proficiency with SQL and ability to work with data warehouses • Excellent command of SaaS business metrics • Strong data story-telling and executive communication skills
