β€’ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Sales Rep to join our team at Foursixty, a web application specializing in shoppable Instagram, TikTok, UGC, and more. β€’ This role is pivotal in helping us expand our customer base and drive new business. β€’ Your primary responsibility will be driving new business by identifying, engaging, and closing sales with prospects. β€’ You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building a robust sales funnel, and cultivating relationships with potential clients. β€’ Success in this role will be defined by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment. β€’ Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to consistently build a high-quality sales funnel. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch products/services. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management. β€’ Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while consistently following up with leads. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients. β€’ Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking. β€’ Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Selling System.
