Description

• The Account Executive will generate new logo business by selling the company's software solutions, building strong relationships, and identifying customer needs. • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives is a priority for this position. • The role involves making persuasive product presentations and closing business through logical, incremental steps. • The individual will also establish and expand relationships within the territory and develop prospects that are excited to share their success story with others. • The company expects proactive communication with their management team and a superior understanding of the need to utilize CRM effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience selling HCM/PEO, Payroll, or SaaS Restaurant solutions preferred. • Proven record of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Solid understanding of the need to utilize CRM in an effective way to follow consultative and key insight sales processes, manage lead opportunities and create accurate forecasts. • Exceptional presentation and listening skills.
