Description

• Develop assigned country, territory, or region, converting leads into clients • Hunt for trading professionals to engage as clients/partners • Promote company and its products through local marketing channels • Assist in onboarding trading clients and other partners • Work closely with marketing and back-office teams for necessary content preparation • Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners • Negotiate terms of partnerships based on existing rebate structures • Monitor affiliates and partners for performance optimization • Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing feedback to management • Ensure due diligence to regulatory framework according to company policies

Requirements

• Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience • Native or near-native Korean is required and strong English is essential • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplines • Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and written skills • Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude
