• Develop, implement, oversee and manage all internal and external corporate communications for Care Delivery in the United States. • Develop and maintain strong interactive communication partnerships with global divisions of the company. • Align internal, corporate communications with external communications. • Provide strategic leadership of short- and long-term goals through communication of the company's mission and core values. • Serve as a senior-level communications consultant, participating with senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. • Develop and implement integrated internal and external communication plans for Care Delivery. • Develop and execute U.S. Care Delivery internal communications strategy focused on driving and supporting associate engagement. • Plan and implement a high level of crisis communication. • Develop written content for internal communications including announcements, presentations, articles, talking points, videos, etc. • Ensure that communications initiatives are aligned with the company brand identity. • Responsible for public relations campaigns and U.S. Care Delivery public relations activities. • Develop high-quality communications materials aligned with company goals. • Function as communications consultant to other divisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years' related experience. • 5+ years' experience as a Manager; or 5+ years' experience in a senior managerial role. • Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact. • Solid track record of identifying communication opportunities and developing and leading external and internal communications with best-in-class communication practices. • Proven ability to work with and effectively influence senior management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment within a heavily regulated industry. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment where results are achieved through influence and the incorporation of multiple points of view. • Independently motivated, detail oriented and good problem solving ability. • Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple functions and levels.
