β€’ Perform independently and professionally represent Mehler Texnologies Inc. in a regional geographic territory to establish and develop customer relationships for growth in the marketplace (50% - 60% travel / overnights required). β€’ Develop strategic plans that focus on key products and solutions to grow the territory to achieve target revenue goals. β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mehler Texnologies. customers to support, develop and retain accounts through product support and technical assistance. β€’ Qualify and develop new business opportunities and increased product sales with current customers through product demonstrations and new applications, emphasizing value-added features and cost benefits. β€’ Manage, qualify, support, and retain customer accounts through follow-up on product performance and presentation of competitive advantages and solutions that meet their specifications. β€’ Target, prospect, qualify, and secure new customers for territory growth and pipeline development. β€’ Generate, track and follow up on all proposed solutions or opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ 5-8 years successful territory sales experience in a consultative-based sales role in a manufacturing or industrial-focused sales environment. β€’ Bachelor's Degree or relative experience β€’ Strong technical aptitude or previous experience in product applications. β€’ Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing new business. β€’ Strong customer-focused, relationship and retention ability. β€’ Proficient in use of technology, computers and software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, CRM Software. etc.)
