📋 Description
• Looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to manage HR functions at FRVR • Drive HR operations from employee experience, benefits, performance management to compliance • Optimize HR processes, systems, and policies for efficiency and legal compliance • Oversee global compensation, benefits, and perks to ensure fairness and competitiveness • Implement performance review cycles and employee growth programs
🎯 Requirements
• Experience managing compensation, equity, and benefits programs across multiple regions • Experience working in gaming, entertainment, or digital-first companies • Familiarity with AI tools and automation in HR processes • 5+ years of experience in People Operations/HR (non-recruitment focus), preferably in a tech, gaming, or fast-paced startup environment • Proven ability to work autonomously, and drive HR initiatives independently • Deep knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance across multiple geographies • Strong expertise in HRIS, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and performance management • Experience with HR process automation, AI-driven HR solutions, and data-driven decision-making • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and remote-friendly environment
