📋 Description

• Reach out to all new inbound payments leads in a timely manner. • Proactively contact new and existing Fullbay customers to promote the benefits of Fullbay Payments and drive adoption. • Achieve established sales targets and other established key performance indicators. • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Fullbay Payments, addressing customer needs and concerns. • Guide customers through the signup process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. • Assist customers with gathering necessary documentation to receive underwriting approval. • Manage communication between customers and underwriters to complete onboarding. • Monitor customer usage in the first 90 days of Fullbay Payments and identify opportunities to increase engagement. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce and other internal systems. • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., software sales, product, customer support) to improve the Fullbay Payments experience. • Provide some ongoing support to customers, answering general questions related to Fullbay Payments or escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to payment processing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience. • 2 years of proven success selling integrated payments for Vertical SaaS. • Adequate knowledge of Excel and Google Suite. • Salesforce or other CRM software experience. • Ability to read merchant credit card statements. • Proven track record of top 10% sales performance. • Must have knowledge of basic understanding of merchant service workflow and pricing. • Preferred knowledge of how payments flow into Quickbooks.
