📋 Description

• Hunting - Generating leads, prospecting, and identifying potential clients across various industries, targeting companies seeking monthly retainer-based digital marketing partnerships. • Engaging - Interact with key decision-makers, such as CEOs, CMOs, and marketing VPs, through networking, cold outreach, and other creative channels. Leverage existing relationships and marketing expertise to identify opportunities that align with our offerings. • Pitching - Present Axle Eight’s suite of services and provide tailored digital marketing solutions based on each client’s unique business goals. Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise across marketing channels like paid media, SEO, content, social media, PR, and more. • Closing - Build and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Collaborating - Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and onboarding of new clients. Contribute to refining the sales process and marketing materials to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: At least 3+ years in sales for a marketing agency, as a marketer, or as an agency owner. • Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing services, with the ability to confidently discuss strategies and solutions with senior executives. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead consultative conversations with executives confidently and effectively over video calls or in person. • Industry Agnostic: Ability to adapt and cater to clients from various industries with confidence and creativity. • Self-Starter: Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced, and self-directed environment. • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
