β€’ OTE (On-Target Earnings): $150,000 - $160,00 β€’ Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 β€’ Location: remote in USA β€’ Stock options β€’ We're looking for you to join us as a dynamic, high-performing SMB Account Executive. β€’ Experience selling B2B tech and the ability to quickly grow a high-value pipeline with small to mid-sized organizations. β€’ The best candidates love the thrill of the hunt, take a consultative approach to sales, make deep discoveries with their prospects, and excel when selling to directors and executives.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years experience in B2B SMB/MM tech sales β€’ Consistency in exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while simultaneously achieving leading key performance indicators β€’ You thrive in constantly changing and evolving work environments β€’ Experience handling a large number of opportunities at one time while still delivering an exceptional prospect experience β€’ Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple teams across complex organizations β€’ Strong presentation skills with multiple stakeholders β€’ Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving commercial agreements β€’ Superior verbal and written communication skills β€’ Gritty, hard working, persistent are adjectives that describe you β€’ Familiarity with the SPICED methodology and framework
