Description

• Act as the primary contact for our clients, maintaining consistent communication to ensure satisfaction • Implement strategies to retain clients, minimising account churn through proactive client engagement and support • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing new products, services, or features • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met efficiently • Ensure all complaints and concerns are resolved in accordance with compliance and regulations • Support the conversion of potential leads into active clients through collaboration with internal teams • Provide detailed reports on client activity, performance, and satisfaction to senior management, offering insights into market trends and client needs • Regularly gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and support • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client retention rates, trading volumes, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field • 4+ years in a similar role within the industry • Computer literacy with good command of Google apps • Proven client relationship experience in the financial industry • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with clients and internal teams • Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as market volatility and client disputes, with a calm and professional demeanour • Familiarity with trading platforms, trading instruments and CRM tools • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly and efficiently • Languages: Native Japanese and fluency in English; any additional language will be considered an advantage
