🎯 Requirements

• You’ve worked closely with senior leaders or in stakeholder-heavy roles where outcomes matter. • You understand the rhythm and nuance of enabling someone else’s success. • You have strong instincts, can manage multiple moving parts, and simplify complexity. • You bring calm, structure, and thoughtfulness to fast-moving environments. • You find fulfilment in enabling others, weaving together the people, plans, and processes that let leaders lead well. • You care about doing great work and working with great people. • Flexibility to work remotely in a similar time zone to the UK (GMT +/- 2 hours) • We're looking for individuals that have the flexibility to commit to a minimum of 100 hours/month.
