Description
• The Account Manager is responsible for promoting our technology, products, and services, establishing client relationships, and providing sales nurturing and support to our clients or prospects. • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, as well as those of our competitors. • Work in tandem with the sales and professional services departments. • Responsible for working with prospective and existing clients, supporting them in defining their needs, and keeping them informed of available products and enhancements. • Manage client relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction, in addition to generating new sales opportunities and nurturing existing ones.
Requirements
• Museum sector knowledge or experience, with a degree in Museum Studies, Art History, Fine Art, Museum Management, or similar experience, a plus. • 3+ years of sales or other relevant experience • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to make professional presentations that effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of the CMS to clients and prospects. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges. • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing their time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment. • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diverse clientele. • SalesForce.com or other CRM experience. • Experience in delivering trainings • Multilingual, a plus • Knowledge of TMS or other Museum Collection Management Software or similar systems
