Description

• Managing IT, Platforms & Infrastructure, and Engineering team members • Work with stakeholders to identify and implement technical solutions through systems integration and automation • Configure, customize, integrate, and perform system administration duties for Google Suite and Slack • Overseeing the management of our two CRM systems, Zoho and Salesforce • Write custom workflows and automations to improve team efficiency • Manage flow of data between cloud applications through integrations • Provide leadership and participate in IT, Platforms & Infrastructure, and Engineering team activities.

Requirements

• 3+ Years experience coaching, mentoring, and leading development teams • 5+ Years experience providing customer service • General system administration, preferably administering a CRM like Zoho or Salesforce • 5+ Years Experience Working experience developing, maintaining, and supporting workflows, forms, and system integrations using CRM products, preferably Zoho CRM and/or Salesforce • Experience working with version control systems, preferably Git • 3+ Years experience Working with relational databases • Writing software using C#, Java, Node JS, Ruby, Python, or comparable programming language • Architecting and implementing low/no-code solutions • Developing, maintaining, and supporting complex low-code solutions, preferably Zapier, Google App Scripts, Google Forms, and Azure Functions • Cloud infrastructure management, preferably with Azure and/or AWS • Application containerization • Application monitoring and alerting • Data backup and recovery processes • Eliciting requirements and testing • Interacting with REST APIs via HTTP requests • Using SQL • Willing to occasionally travel to campus locations and for occasional seminars and events • Experience working with Zoho APIs (particularly CRM) • Experience writing shell scripts with a language like Bash • Experience administrating cloud servers on services such as AWS EC2 • An understanding of database design • A functional understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript for front-end development • 3+ Years experience architecting and developing Azure solutions • 1+ Year experience working with Azure Data Factory • 1+ Year scrum master experience.
