• Oversee implementation and execution of the strategic and operational business plan. • Implement care coordination services to meet regulatory requirements. • Lead clinical team for timely health risk screenings and assessments. • Collaborate with business areas to ensure workflow processes are identified. • Support quality improvement projects and enhance business processes for operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Must reside in Texas. • Texas-licensed registered nurse with unencumbered license. • Nationally recognized case management certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days. • 5+ years of clinical practice experience in physical or behavioral healthcare. • 5+ years of management or clinical leadership. • 3+ years of experience with personal computer and MS Office applications. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in-state up to 15% of the time.
