Description

β€’ We are looking for a skilled and passionate Account Coordinator who will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers and make sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. β€’ Communicating with clients to understand their needs β€’ Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes β€’ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships β€’ Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit β€’ Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives β€’ Preparing reports on account status β€’ Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as an Account Manager or any related field β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Excellent active listening skills β€’ Extensive, accurate product knowledge β€’ problem solving skills β€’ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
