• Verbal and written Spanish and English fluency • Experience in a customer-facing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness • Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment • Passion for improving the healthcare system • Enthusiasm for a role with room for growth • Quiet and distraction-free work environment with reliable internet connection • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
