📋 Description
• Conduct in-depth quantitative research into healthcare insurance markets • Own Garner’s rates, margin profile, and financial risk • Manage policies related to pricing exceptions, concessions, and guarantees • Maintain and scope improvements to pricing tooling • Build, maintain, and improve complex pricing models for SAAS and financial products • Build ad-hoc pricing models for product decisions • Benchmark pricing against the competitive landscape • Manage and develop a team of operations analysts
🎯 Requirements
• 6-10+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role • Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or early stage startup • Ability to build and maintain complex data-driven models • Ability to think in principles and frameworks • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
