β€’ Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Central Region β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives β€’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives β€’ Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability β€’ Oversee new business opportunities within the region β€’ Monitor and analyze regional sales performance β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations β€’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Central Region

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management with team quotas β€’ Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) β€’ Exceptional leadership and people management skills β€’ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Results-oriented mindset
