• Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Central Region • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives • Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability • Oversee new business opportunities within the region • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Central Region
• Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management with team quotas • Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) • Exceptional leadership and people management skills • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented mindset
