β€’ Reporting to the COO as the Account Executive, you will: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of Gather AI’s inventory monitoring solutions. Use a consultative approach to understand the needs and operations of your prospects, and propose solutions that solve their problems Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to understand their business needs and challenges. Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of clients. Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Help refine our sales process based on your learnings in the field Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth and success of Gather.ai

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software or technology services and a proven track record of success in B2B sales. β€’ Knowledge of enterprise B2B software sales methodologies and frameworks. Experience working on a high performing team with a mature sales process. β€’ Strong understanding of warehousing operations, how they are measured and organized, and their key challenges. β€’ Familiarity with supply chain technology. β€’ Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create proposals that articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. β€’ Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. β€’ Ability to demo our product (with training) in customer facilities β€’ Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business outcomes. β€’ Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. β€’ Experience using CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
