β€’ Drive high growth sales while expanding our market presence across the US. β€’ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in key sectors and geographic markets. β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and enterprise sales opportunities. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives to provide tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable value. β€’ Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive individual and collective success. β€’ Engage and motivate an internal team of stakeholders to help deliver results. β€’ Manage sales metrics and trends to ensure continued growth. β€’ Develop sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the sales team in effectively articulating the value proposition of Gather.ai's solutions and overcoming customer objections. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics effectively. β€’ Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with product development, marketing campaigns, and business objectives. β€’ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. β€’ 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or robotics industry. β€’ Demonstrated success in selling high-value, complex solutions to enterprise clients, with a focus on consultative selling and ROI-based discussions. β€’ Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and related challenges. β€’ Proven track record of success in VP/Director sales roles. β€’ Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. β€’ Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and track sales activities. β€’ Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation. β€’ Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
