β€’ Responsible for directly selling Care Navigation solution to self-funded employers β€’ Develop channel relationships, source new client prospects, and manage the sales process

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years sales/account management/producer experience in health plan or insurance company/carrier β€’ 2+ years benefit solution direct-to-employer/TPA/broker sales experience β€’ 2+ years managing consultant & broker relationships β€’ Proven track record within benefits solution space sales and/or upsells driving year-over-year profitable growth and client retention β€’ Strong independent accountability showcasing follow-up and follow-through skills β€’ Demonstrated knowledge of employer, TPA, broker and consultant sales β€’ Current and substantive knowledge of employee benefit solutions β€’ Proficiencies in Google suite, Microsoft office, salesforce and other industry related software
