β€’ Develop and execute sales and marketing approaches β€’ Target club directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches β€’ Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities β€’ Close new business β€’ Contribute to hitting monthly and quarterly quotas β€’ Represent SportsRecruits at national tournaments and conventions β€’ Give product demos and manage internal processes

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor degree required β€’ 2-5 years of sales or business development experience β€’ Expert familiarity with the full-cycle sales process β€’ Expert familiarity with sales software and CRM systems β€’ Solid analytical thinker with excellent communication skills β€’ Collegiate athletics experience preferred β€’ Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities β€’ Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process
