Requirements

β€’ Experience in multifamily housing industry β€’ 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.) β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ Passion for sales, exceptional presentation skills, ability to close deals β€’ Understanding of cultivating client relationships β€’ Ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, discipline β€’ Social intelligence, build lasting relationships β€’ Proven sales results, track record of success β€’ Ability to work independently β€’ Experience with CRM software β€’ Knowledge of property management software β€’ Experience working with a remote team β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Existing relationships within the property management industry β€’ Familiarity with latest trends in property management technology β€’ Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients
