β€’ Gazelle Communications is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for sales. β€’ Focus on driving and executing the enterprise market. β€’ Responsible for generating business revenue through the acquisition of new business. β€’ Utilize prospecting skills to identify potential clients and generate new logo revenue. β€’ Conduct opportunity assessments and develop account plans to meet quarterly revenue targets. β€’ Collaborate with sales leadership and engineers to build interactive presentations. β€’ Develop relationships with business units and partners to create joint account strategies. β€’ Ensure successful post sales implementation and contractual fulfillment. β€’ Collaborate with Client Success Managers for high client satisfaction. β€’ Maintain pipeline hygiene and meet project timelines.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. β€’ Minimum of 5 years related experience in selling and positioning technology products and software solutions in a high touch, consultative selling environment. β€’ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CCaaS or Cloud sales experience. β€’ Strong technical knowledge of contact center technology including dialers, ACDs, IVRs, WFO and multi-channel. β€’ Strong account planning and management skills, including mature negotiation skills. β€’ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. β€’ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. β€’ Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes. β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. β€’ Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communications skills. β€’ Must be self-directed and self-motivated. β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills. β€’ Ability to coordinate and orchestrate both internal and customer meeting preparation and planning.
