• Lead a team of executive recruiting and sourcing specialists. • Partner with divisional CHRO’s and Business Leaders to develop solutions for recruitment. • Drive a world class candidate experience from job posting through to onboarding. • Focus on quality of hire using capability assessments. • Create and implement diversity strategies. • Develop candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and events. • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs. • Promote the GE Vernova brand to potential candidates and market leaders. • Coach and mentor others, sharing knowledge and best practices. • Drive operational excellence and compliance.
