•The Key Account Manager (KAM) – Power Transmission is responsible for leading all Grid Solutions activities. •Manage the overall account relationship/strategy and deliver upon growth and other business objectives. •Account leadership role responsible for leading the Grid Solutions account strategy in all aspects of growth and profitability. •Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services. •Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s). •Lead the sales team to develop and execute account growth strategies and Account Planning. •Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies. •Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities. •Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at strategic customer accounts.
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. •Minimum of 5 years of direct sales, account or team leadership experience. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales or product business team role. •Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25%.
